Gridinta Supports the Nordex Future Stars Camp
At Gridinta, we believe that building strong foundations—whether on wind turbines or in communities—starts with investment in the next generation. That’s why we were proud to sponsor the Nordex Future Stars Camp 2025, a youth basketball initiative that brought together some of the most promising young talents from across Lithuania.
The event, organized by Lotsa Slots and supported by the Nordex Group and our long-term partner Solwinda, was more than just a training camp. It was a weekend filled with discipline, learning, and teamwork—values we share in our daily work at height.
One of the camp’s highlights was a visit from renowned Lithuanian basketball player Mantas Kalnietis. Sharing the court with young athletes and his first coach Rolandas Radvila, Mantas offered not only practical insights but also personal stories that inspired both players and organizers. Our director, Tomas Andriul, joined the camp in person to express our support and meet the young athletes pushing their limits on and off the court.
Gridinta’s work often takes us high above ground through onshore wind farm maintenance, onshore oil and gas services, and other critical infrastructure projects across Europe. But initiatives like these remind us of the importance of staying grounded and contributing to a future that values resilience, growth and shared responsibility.
We extend our gratitude to the event organizers, the media (including lrytas.lt for their national coverage), and our partners who share the vision of combining technical excellence with community impact.
Let’s keep building—on land, at height, and beyond.
