Shutdown and live-plant maintenance work packages
Gridinta supports separate work packages across pipelines, tanks, steelwork, corrosion protection, machinery and electrical installations. A proposal should identify the asset, boundary of work and whether the requirement is construction, installation, inspection, maintenance or repair. Technical methods and team composition are then matched to that defined package.
Deliverables may include work records, installed or repaired quantities, inspection or test documentation included in the scope, photographs and punch-list status. Drawings, procedures, material responsibilities, inspection points and acceptance criteria should be agreed before mobilisation.
For a quotation, provide the facility and asset location, drawings, materials, dimensions and quantities, current condition, required trade package, operating status, shutdown or isolation availability, access constraints and target dates. Permits, hazardous-area controls, hot work, confined spaces, contamination, lifting interfaces and simultaneous operations can affect sequence and resources.

An operating facility does not mean the item being worked on can remain in service. The operator and contractor must agree work boundaries, shared isolations, simultaneous operations, shift handovers and authority to release the plant.
